7. Fees & Payments

Where fees apply, the applicable pricing, payment schedule, deposits, milestones or other payment requirements will be communicated before or during the relevant engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are expected to make payments by the agreed due dates.

Delayed payment may affect the timing or continuation of services where the applicable engagement terms permit.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, text, graphics, designs, materials, frameworks, documents, website structure and other intellectual property appearing on the BridgePoint website are owned by or appropriately licensed to BridgePoint.

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of materials and information they provide to BridgePoint, subject to any rights necessary for BridgePoint to perform the agreed services.

9. Confidentiality

BridgePoint understands that clients and partners may share commercially sensitive information during an engagement.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared with us for the purpose of providing agreed services.

Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement or service contract where appropriate.

10. Capital, Funding & Investor Connections

BridgePoint may provide investor-readiness, capital strategy, business preparation and relevant investor connection services through BridgePoint Capital.

Investment decisions remain with the relevant investor, funder, financial institution or other capital provider.

Information shared about potential opportunities should be independently evaluated by the relevant party before making any financial or investment decision.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, BridgePoint does not act as a financial adviser, investment manager, lender or guarantor of any investment outcome.
